On the main A29 route from Armagh to the Causeway Coast you can find one of Tyrone’s most successful eating houses. Over the last 20 years Otter Lodge has established a reputation for quality and great value for money. Situated on a stunning riverbank location at the south end of Cookstown, Heather and Harold Moffett’s award winning bistro is known throughout Northern Ireland for consistently good food and easy drinking wines at very reasonable prices. Otter Lodge is open for light lunches and evening meals seven days a week and has an informal and relaxed atmosphere with a lively buzz especially at weekends. Tables can be reserved for groups of 8 to 18 Monday to Thursday in the Wine Bar or in the upstairs restaurant at weekends subject to availability. Larger functions, family events, coach parties and small conferences are catered for. To cater for increased demand, Heather and Harold have recently introduced ‘All Day Sunday Opening’ and an extra value for money ‘Tea Time Menu’ from Monday to Thursday.
