Cook with Norah

Norah Brown MBE (awarded for her contribution to Food and Tourism) is one of Tyrone's best-loved characters. A warm and friendly lady, she has welcomed the locals of Northern Ireland and visitors from further afield into her home and kitchen for a number of years, teaching them the finer points, and forgotten arts, of Irish cuisine.

Using an extensive range of local ingredients, Norah will advise you on the best way to stock your store cupboard. Then she will guide you step-by-step as she prepares her tasty recipes - all written down conveniently for you in your personalised folder. At the end of the session you will be given the opportunity - and a glass of wine or local apple juice! - to sample as much as you want of the dishes prepared during the evening.
